Dear Faculty Directors,

Please find below an email that was sent today to all students who are in any phase of the online application (draft-Accepted) as a reminder of the upcoming funding deadlines. It would be great if you could all remind the students that you talk to that they should apply for scholarships now, even if they have not applied or committed to the program we encourage them to apply if they intend on traveling summer or fall 2016. Feel free to pass this along to anyone you thing might benefit from this information, especially students who are interested in summer or fall travel but have not begun an application yet.

Dear Student Traveler,

As you are preparing for your Summer or Fall global experience we would like to remind you about an upcoming event and deadlines! Even if you have not applied to the program you have in mind, as long as you intend to study abroad Summer or Fall 2016 make sure you apply for scholarships now! If you have any questions you can always stop by Walk-In hours Monday-Friday 1-4pm at Walter International Education Center.

Funding Luncheon: Wednesday January 27th, 2016 from 12-1pm in Baker 231 the Office of Global Opportunities, along with the Office of Nationally Competitive Awards and The Office of Student Financial Aid, will be hosting a funding Luncheon to talk about the different ways to finance your upcoming travel. OGO's Peer Advisors will share funding tips from their own experiences and success stories they have heard from other returnees. There will be free pizza and soft drinks!

There are a few scholarship deadlines right around the corner as well. Remember that all applications must be completed and submitted by 5pm on their due date, for more submissions instructions please refer to the Funding website below.
