Central Ohio Mental Health Center (COMHC), a progressive $6-million non-profit corporation, with 80 employees serving 3,400 consumers annually in Delaware and Morrow counties in Central Ohio is recruiting for the following positions:
COMMUNITY PSYCHIATRIC TREATMENT and SUPPORT PROVIDER
Searching for dynamic individual to take on the challenge of providing service to mentally disabled children, adolescents and adults. Responsibilities include linkage and referral, coordination of services, supportive coaching and educating. CPST’s interface with external and internal care providers and function as an essential part of the team. Bachelor’s degree and LSW, LPC preferred but will consider candidates with equivalent experience in mental health and/or substance abuse programs. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance is required.
MENTAL HEALTH and AOD THERAPISTS
Searching for full time THERAPISTS that are innovative and motivated by working with children, adolescents and adults. The duties for this position include providing individual, group, and family therapy. Also searching for experienced AOD therapists. Applicants must have Master’s degree with 2 - 3 years post master’s clinical experience in the mental health field. LISW or LPCC is preferred.
EMERGENCY SERVICES ON CALL CLINICIANS
Seeking motivated individuals to provide AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY SERVICES CLINICIANS. Positions will be responsible for providing and coordinating emergency services and telephone triage. Candidates for this position must have a Masters degree and independent licensure. Five years of direct relevant work experience is preferred but not required. Compensation is $75.00 for direct client time 5:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. Monday – Friday and $100 for direct client time 12:01 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. Monday – Friday, Weekends and Holidays.
FISCAL SUPPORT STAFF
Searching for a dependable service driven individual who can manage multiple tasks and accountabilities while serving our clients in a professional manner. Specific responsibilities include posting payments, verifying financial information and other administrative duties as assigned. Candidates must be able to type 50 wpm, proficiently use a 10 key calculator and have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office products. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills and have the ability to pay attention to detail.
