Dear CESNET Colleagues:

The Department of Counseling at The College of Saint Rose is seeking qualified applicants for a temporary, full-time Visiting Assistant Professor of Counseling and College Student Services Administration faculty position for the 2013-2014 school year.  The Department offers Masters in Education degrees in Counseling and College Student Services Administration with specialty areas in Professional School Counseling and Mental Health Counseling.

Responsibilities include graduate-level teaching and academic advisement.  As a member of the Saint Rose faculty, the applicant is expected to teach assigned courses in accordance with relevant academic policies and serve the department through participation in meetings, admissions events, and orientation. The position requires candidates to have (a) minimum of a master’s degree in counseling or a closely related field; (b) a license (or license eligible) to practice professionally; (c) at least two years of employment post-masters in the mental health field; and (d) experience teaching college-level students.
