As one of the nation's fastest growing Christian foster care ministries, The Bair Foundation is currently seeking candidates for Part Time & Full Time In Home Therapists in Columbus, OH.



Core Responsibilities:
* Visits and calls clients to assure the quality and appropriateness of services provided to each client.
* Completes the Diagnostic Assessment for each client.
* Provides psycho educational services to each client.
* Develops an Individualized Service Plan (ISP) to meet program requirements and to establish the services to be provided for each client.
* Coordinates services to assure effective communications with the treatment team.
* Utilizes various assessment tools to prioritize and target problem behavior for use in the Individualized Service Plan.
* Provides diagnostic testing and evaluation to ensure that all services specified in the Individualized Service Plan are completed.
* Knowledge of current DSM diagnosis and the implications for treatment planning.



Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work or related field with two years experience in child welfare or mental health.  A LSW, LISW, LPC or LPCC is required.
