Faculty Position Announcement
UNIVERSITY: University of New Orleans
COLLEGE: College of Education
DEPARTMENT: Educational Leadership, Counseling and Foundations
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: The position entails teaching, research, and service responsibilities, and serving as coordinator for practicum and internship.
QUALIFICATIONS: Doctorate in Counselor Education from a CACREP-accredited program is required. Preferred qualifications include experience in school counseling, ability to teach school counseling specialization courses, ability to teach research methodology courses, and evidence of ability to direct student dissertations. Desired qualifications include expertise in marriage and family and/or substance abuse counseling; and experience as a full-time faculty member in a counseling graduate program.
SALARY: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
