Dear Colleagues,

I hope your semester is going well. I am amazed at how busy our schedules can become. Between our students' needs, organizational service, research, and staying healthy, it can be a challenge to find time to do anything more.

Having said that, I am going to ask you to set aside some time in the next few days to submit a presentation proposal for the NCRE Spring 2013 Conference in San Francisco. The spring conference has rapidly become one of the premier conferences for our field. Each year the number attending has increased, and the dialogue regarding disability issues, pre-service and in-service instruction, and research has been inspiring. The opportunities to network and collaborate with others are unmatched.

I encourage you to submit a proposal to present your work to your NCRE colleagues. To submit a proposal, go to http://www.ncre.org/spring.html<http://ncre.us2.list-manage1.com/track/click?u=d5a2da3c1a53350f31f65bdb3&id=92715c9b50&e=6285364a67>. The deadline for proposals is rapidly approaching.
Proposals are DUE Sunday, October 14, 2012, at 11:59 pm PDT.
