The Neil Kennedy Recovery Clinic is seeking an experienced Program Director for its Youngstown inpatient and outpatient treatment site.

NKRC is the first and oldest private, freestanding community based non-profit treatment facility of it is kind in the United States.  From these pioneering roots the Clinic has grown, offering a uniquely diverse and comprehensive continuum of alcohol and other drug dependency treatment programs.  Over the years, the Neil Kennedy Recovery Clinic has helped literally thousands of people overcome their addictions.


Full-Time

Position Title:  Program Director/Drug & Alcohol

Essential Functions:

*        Manage the day-to-day clinical and administrative functions of the Neil Kennedy Recovery Clinic in Youngstown, OH
*        Supervise all clinical and support staff
*        Ensure compliance with all state, licensure and organization requirements
*        Develop treatment programming
*        Provide direct clinical services as needed
*        Serve as a member of the organization-wide Leadership and Performance Improvement Team

Requirements:

*        Master's Degree required
*        Independent Ohio licensure (or reciprocity from another state) with supervision endorsement in social work or counseling required (PCC-S or LISW-S)
*        Supervisory and chemical dependency treatment experience also required
