Hello All,
Attached is the final draft that will be introduced as our bill.  Please let me know if you have any issues.

The major changes are:

1.    CACREP Solution-see sections 4757.22 & 4757.23 paragraph (F) in each

2.    Grandfather/ Reclassification-see section 4757.41 paragraph (A)(5) - no grandfathering into licenses, but civil service employees with at least 2 years of service in their current position are exempt until they leave

3.    Volunteer Disclaimer-Sec 4757.23 & 4757.27-a disclaimer added stating that CT & SWT registration not required for licensing

4.    Removal of Permanent Revocation-Section 4757.36-all language pertaining to permanent license revocation is struck

5.    Removal of Veterans Provision-pg. 102 (c)- all language pertaining to veterans is struck - Dept. of Health had issues and this was not really our concern so it was removed.

6.    Section 4757.03 last part new language for adding a member to each professional standards committee that has experience at a public agency or at an organization providing services for an agency.

7.     Section 4757.13 removed the specific fee language - please review
