[Counselor_Educ] Transition Plans

First-year students, please remember that you must complete a Transition Program of Studies (available on the Counselor Education as a Word document for easy editing before printing) now if you have not yet done so. You must have it on file ASAP. Three copies must be singed by you, your advisor, and the department chair and turned in to Student Affairs. Please remember that a Change of Program form can be filed before applying for graduation that will correct any errors or changes, so don't worry if there are errors. They can be successfully corrected at a later date.
