Associate Program Chair, Counseling Education



Argosy University, Tampa, is seeking exceptional applicants for the position of Associate Program Chair in our Counselor Education program. Successful candidates will join a diverse and cohesive faculty of outstanding practitioner-scholars who share a commitment and passion in working with diverse and marginalized populations. Applicants must have a commitment to graduate instruction, training effective counselors, supervision of student research, academic advisement, and involvement in professional and scholarly activity. Successful candidates must hold a doctoral degree in Counselor Education (CES) or equivalent and be licensed or license-eligible in FL. They must also have a minimum of 5-7 years of post-doctoral experience and evidence of management experience and potential. In addition, the candidates must have graduated from a CACREP Accredited institution and have experience in the education and training of counselors, preferably in a CACREP accredited program. We offer a competitive salary and benefits. The campus is located near downtown Tampa in close proximity to numerous cultural and recreational opportunities.
