> -Graduate of a CACREP-approved program
> -Evidence of teaching at Master's and/or Doctorate level

> -Evidence of a record of scholarship, and potential for developing a robust scholarly agenda
> -Experience working with graduate students in instruction, mentoring and research related activities

> -Knowledge of qualitative methods
