POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT:
  Academic Program Director for Counseling Master’s Programs

Walden University invites applicants to apply for the Academic Program Director - Counseling Master’s Programs position. Walden University seeks an Academic Program Director of Counseling Master’s Programs in the School of Counseling and Social Service who embodies our mission of positive social change, broad access, and professional excellence as well as our values of quality, integrity, and student centeredness. The Academic Program Director is a full-time academic administrator who reports to the Associate Dean, and works closely with the School's academic administrators, academic advising and administrative staffs, and faculty. The person filling this position will need strong leadership skills, flexibility, creative problem solving skills and a strong commitment to the profession. Requirements include an earned doctorate in Counselor Education or Counselor Education and Supervision, graduate teaching and leadership experience, and a commitment to Walden’s mission of social change.
