We have completed the proposed rule changes under the Common Sense Initiative (CSI) and the rules and CSI forms are available online here: http://cswmft.ohio.gov/laws.stm

You can also get to them from the Laws & Regulations link on the front page and a link below the Boxes on our front page.

I will be sending some Listserv emails today and perhaps the remaining tomorrow.

Please let me know if you have any questions on the rules as presented.  The Board will have time to review them at the September meeting with Legislative Service Commission (LSC) filings for a JCARR hearing to be completed in early October.  The public hearing will be in early November prior to the board meeting.  Any issues that arise will be considered by the board at the November meeting.  Assuming all goes smoothly the rules will be final filed in December for 1/1/2013 effective dates.
