Proposed Rule Changes

The following information is being provided pursuant to the requirements of Executive Order 2011-01K and Senate Bill 2 of the 129th General Assembly, which requires state agencies, including the Ohio Manufacture Homes Commission, to draft rule in collaboration with stakeholders, assess and justify any adverse impact on the business community (as defined by SB2), and provide an opportunity for the affected public to provide input on the rules.

The Board is proposing amendments to the following rules:

* 4757-1-01 through 4757-5-13<http://cswmft.ohio.gov/pdfs/AugRul1.pdf>, deals with Board adoption of rules; minutes of the Board; personal information systems; and the ethics rules of the Board.
* 4757-9-02 through 4757-9-06<http://cswmft.ohio.gov/pdfs/AugRul2.pdf>, deals with continuing education for counselors, social workers and marriage and family therapists including: rules on specific requirements for counselors and social workers; clock hours for distance education that is primarily text based; clarifications of the post program approval process in rules 4757-9-05 & 4757-9-06; removal of NASW Chapters other than Ohio from the pre-approved status in 4757-9-05.
* 4757-11-03 through 4757-17-01<http://cswmft.ohio.gov/pdfs/AugRul3.pdf>, deals with counselor licensure, examination, educational qualifications, scope of practice and supervision.
* 4757-19-01 through 4757-23-01<http://cswmft.ohio.gov/pdfs/AugRul4.pdf>, deals with social work licensure, registration, examination, scope of practice and supervision.
