The Board with support from the impacted associations and state agencies is working to introduce a Bill to update statute Chapter 4757 and other sections of the Ohio Revised Code that regulate our licensees.

The first page of this link lists the Statute Sections and simple description of changes.

Counselors need to review new draft language under 4757.22 & 4757.23, which have some substantial changes.

Section 4757.41 is the civil service exemption and new language exempting RSC rehabilitation counselors.
