Show, by your actions, that you choose peace over war, freedom over oppression, voice over silence, service over self-interest, respect over advantage, cooperation over competition, action over passivity, diversity over uniformity, and justice over all.

Subject: 2011 ACES Career Link
We will be offering the ACES Career Link at the upcoming ACES conference in Nashville, TN. ACES Career Link will feature opportunities for both university, school or agency representatives and applicants. If you are interested in participating in the ACES Career Link, the guidelines are provided below:
1. Send your position announcement to Dr. Lu Annette Butler at ButlerL at apsu.edu.
2. Positions will be posted on the conference website (www.2011aces.net). (This website is currently under construction and will be ready in the next week. We will send a notification when the website is complete.)
3. A section will be made available on the website for applicants to post vitas. To post your vita, please forward an electronic copy to Robin Lee at rlee at mtsu.edu. Please put in the subject line ACES VITA.
4. Any university, school, or agency representative can review vitas and request an interview. This information will be available only by requesting access. Interested parties will need to request the username and password by contacting Robin Lee at rlee at mtsu.edu.
5. At the conference, a section will be available in the exhibit hall for either informational meetings or actual interviews. These areas will be draped, allowing for some privacy. To reserve your space, please contact Dr. Butler.
6. Beginning Thursday morning, university, school, or agency representatives will be able to make appointments with applicants through the ACES Career Link Chairs. Sessions will begin on Friday morning at 9:30 and will continue until Saturday at 4 pm. .
7. ACES Career Link Chairs will notify the applicants about scheduled interviews by either email or text. In addition, an information table will be available in the exhibit area.
8. University, school, or agency representatives will also have the option to pre-arrange meetings with potential applicants. Once meeting times have been established, representatives should then make appointments with the Career Link Chairs to obtain space in the ACES Career Link area in exhibit hall.
If you have any questions, please contact Dr. Lu Annette Butler, Chair, at ButlerL at apsu.edu or Dr. Susan Lahey, Co-chair at SLahey at trevecca.edu.
