Dear Training Directors,

Approximately two weeks ago you received an email inviting you to forward this survey to your graduate students.  If you have already done so we thank you. However, if you have not, this is a friendly reminder and last email to request that you forward the invitation to participate in our study.

We are doctoral students at Lehigh University currently working on a research project to investigate gender-related events (GRE) in supervision under the direction of Arpana G. Inman, Ph.D., Counseling Psychology, Lehigh University.  As an important issue in supervision, we hope to demonstrate how supervisors and supervisees work through gender-related critical events in supervision.  We would like to request your assistance in forwarding the attached "invitation to participate" to graduate students in your program (also pasted below for your convenience).  Students can be enrolled in either doctoral or master's level programs, and must be currently receiving individual supervision.

Lehigh University's Institutional Review Board (IRB) has approved this study. If you have any questions you may contact the primary investigator, Kristin Bertsch, or the research advisor Dr. Arpana G.
