Dear Counselor Education Doctoral Student,

Hello! I hope this email finds you well while making your way through the doctoral process.

My name is Hongryun Woo and I am a doctoral student in the Counselor Education & Supervision program at the University of Iowa. Currently, I am conducting a research study exploring professional identity development in the field of Counselor Education.

You have received this invitation because I am contacting doctoral students who are current, full-time equivalent doctoral students in counselor education programs and have completed at least one semester. I am sending this invitation to members of the Counselor Education and Supervision Network, the North Central ACES, the COUNSGRADS, and the ACA graduate student listservs. If you choose to participate, you will be asked to fill out a series of survey questions related to perceptions of your experiences in the counselor education profession as related to your professional identity development. In addition, you will be asked to provide demographic information about yourself and your background.

If you are interested in participating, please follow the web link below to begin the on-line survey. You will be asked to read additional information about the study before accessing the survey. The entire process should take 20-30 minutes to complete. Please, complete the on-line survey by June 30, 2011. To enter the survey, please go to the following website.
