To whom it may concern

My name is Rob Reed and I am contacting you today as a representative of the Ohio Transfer Council (OTC).  OTC is an organization composed of public and private, two year and four year higher education institutions in Ohio that is committed to the enhancement and facilitation of transfer for students between and among its member institutions.  This is done by the generation and sharing of transfer data, information, and ideas; fostering a broader understanding of articulation and transfer policies and procedures; and creating opportunities for member networking, professional growth, and development associated with transfer concerns.

On behalf of the Ohio Transfer Council, I would like to extend the invitation to your graduate students, to OTC's Annual Conference.  This year's conference is scheduled for Friday, June 3rd in Columbus, OH at The Blackwell Inn located on The Ohio State University's campus.  The theme is Transfer: Moving Forward Creating Seamless Transitions.

Your students will have the opportunity to attend the conference at the reduced rate of $50.00 and includes a FREE non-voting one year membership is OTC.  The conference will afford your graduate students the opportunity to network with higher education professionals from across the State.  Registration is online at www.ohiotransfer.org<http://www.ohiotransfer.org>.  The deadline to register and receive the graduate student rate is May 21, 2011.
