Two (2) Full-Time Tenure Track Positions 

Anticipated Vacancy

Anticipated Start Date:    September 1, 2011

Duties:  Teach graduate courses in counseling on and off campus and in online and blended formats.  Active participation in departmental activities, advisement, and in professional counseling organizations is essential.  Research and scholarly activities are expected.
 
Qualifications:  Earned doctorate in counselor education and supervision or closely related counseling degree program; counselor education and supervision doctorate from a CACREP accredited program preferred. New Jersey counselor licensure or eligibility required. The successful candidate must hold a NJ LAC or LPC license by September 1, 2011. Counselor identity and mental health or school counselor experience required. Specialization in school, clinical mental health, family, or addiction counseling. Demonstrated commitment to CACREP accreditation, and to urban counseling and education; able to work with diverse students. Counseling research and scholarly counseling publications are highly valued.
