Hello!
I would like to announce a mini-conference to be held in May at U of Houston – Clear Lake that will focus on the needs of bilingual students/clients and counselors.
This is being done in collaboration with Texas Counselors for Social Justice (a division of Texas Counseling Association). Attached you will find a flyer with information AND a call for Graduate Students who may wish to submit a Poster Presentation proposal.
Dr. Patricia Arredondo (past ACA president), Dr. Hugh Crethar (past Counselors for Social Justice president), and Dr. Carmen Tafolla (renowned poet, educator, activist) will be our featured speakers.
