Hello to the OCA list. My name is Susie Bainbridge and I own my own practice in Englewood, Ohio near Dayton, called Miami Valley Counseling, LLC. I am looking to contract with LPCC's  and LPCC-S's who have at least three years of licensed experience, and who are credentialed with the insurance panels, primarily with Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Medical Mutual, CareSource, and United HealthCare.
