<p>OCA is funding&nbsp;five (5)&nbsp;scholarships for&nbsp;full 
time&nbsp;Practicing Counselors (Clinicial, School, College, Addiction, or 
Other) to travel and&nbsp;attend Legislative Advocacy Day on Thursday, April 
22nd at 9:30 a.m.&nbsp; Each scholarship will provide ($50.00 registration, 
lunch, CEU's) + ($25.00 fuel card) for travel to Columbus.&nbsp;</p><p>If you 
are a FT&nbsp;practicing counselor in need of funding to attend Legislative 
Advocacy Day, please complete the attached scholarship form and return it to 
me (jjprotivnak at ysu.edu)&nbsp;by Thurs., April 1st.</p><p>We have some 
exciting developments as Towner Policy Group was able to confirm&nbsp; Rep. 
Kenny Yuko - Democrat representing Cleveland District and sponsor of Mental 
Health Hold Bill for PCC-S; and also Sandra Stephenson, the Executive Director 
of the Ohio Department of Mental Health as the guest
