You may be wondering why ORA changed to a One Day Training Seminar for 2010. 
There
were many factors the ORA Board took into consideration when making the change
to
our annual training event.  We recognized that many professionals, and our
members
in specific, have limited time and money available to attend needed training. 
Many
ORA members may chose to attend the NRA national conference in 2010 as well as
the
RSC Gateways Conference.  Additionally, we listened to recent member feedback
that
told us it was time for a change to the format of the annual event.

Based on the above, and several other variables, the ORA Board decided to
change
 the 2010 training event to a CEU PACKED single day of training and to keep it
centrally
located in Columbus to maximize ease of attendance.  The ORA Board has also
begun
discussions with other rehabilitation-related organizations in Ohio to plan a
larger,
more diverse conference for 2011.

In the meantime, we invite all ORA members and friends of ORA to join us at the

Embassy Suites Columbus Airport Hotel on October 6-7, 2010.  We are offering
two
 pre-seminar sessions the evening of October 6, a sunrise session on October 7
with
a full day of CEUs for a grand total of 10.5 hours!  We hope you will join us!
