COVA, central Ohio’s leader in vocational rehabilitation services for people with mental illnesses and related barriers to employment, is seeking experienced career developer/vocational specialists.  The qualified candidates will coordinate and provide a variety of activities to assist persons with mental illness in finding and maintaining community employment.

 

Qualifications:  Master’s degree in mental health, rehabilitation or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.  The ability work independently and in a team environment, experience working with employers, job placement skills, knowledge of psychiatric disabilities and how they affect vocational functioning; computer literacy and excellent communication skills.
