Tenure Track Position Assistant Professor, Human Services Alcohol and
Substance Abuse Concentration, University Illinois Springfield .
The candidate must have doctoral degree in a human service related field and a
Certified Alcohol and other Drug Abuse Counselor credential (CADC) or higher.
 Background in substance abuse and dual diagnosis counseling is highly
preferred. Â Â Applicants are expected to teach the following master level
courses in online and blended formats: Â alcoholism and substance abuse,
assessment and treatment of substance abuse, and dual diagnosis and relapse
prevention as well as teaching one core course per semester. Â Blended/online
university teaching experience is desirable. Â Ability to work with diverse
cultures is expected.
