A student notified me that they accidentally gave an instructor really low marks on their evaluation. I wasn't able to find a way to reopen a survey for a student to amend their responses but figured I ask the collective knowledge! I did add a note to that
survey but don't see it show up on the survey PDF. Is there another approach to this type of situation?</div>
