<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">OIT is planning the Class Climate version 7.0 upgrade for Spring semester. The upgrade will require some downtime of the system. The upgrade window will only be one day, but we need to have a few options
to offer the vendor. Based on the term start and end dates available to us, it seems that January 17<sup>th</sup>, 18<sup>th</sup>, or 19<sup>th</sup> might work for everyone. Are there any protests to these dates of availability?
