<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri">We need to complete the reboot as soon as possible in order to allow the system to function effectively, as it is running so slowly for some that it’s throwing errors and won’t complete
tasks. To address your specific concerns, we will be initiating Maintenance Mode in Class Climate at 11:50 AM in order to warn users who are in the process of completing an evaluation that they need to finish their current evaluation and log out. New surveys
will not be initiated (students who attempt to open a survey while the system is in maintenance mode should receive a message that the system is unavailable for a short period of time). Once all existing sessions have been terminated naturally, the reboot
will be initiated. In this way, we hope to prevent any loss of data.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
