Upon working with the vendor Friday evening, they believed they had found a work around for getting emails back into the system without doubling participant counts. When we tried it in our system, participant counts still doubled. I am working on doing our
regular weekly file imports right now to get emails into the system, but it appears participant counts are doubling.

Once I am finished loading data, emails will be back in the system and you can proceed to set-up surveys. I'll work with the vendor when they get into the office to find a resolution for the doubled participant counts. It will most likely be a manual process.

I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this issue!

In a spot check of classes and participants for fall semester, it appears that the number of participants is double the actual enrollment of each course.

Michael, just making sure you’re aware of the status this morning.
