<div>I believe so, but to check, first look at your Scheduled Tasks to ensure the task has successfully executed:</div>

<div>Select Scheduled Tasks from the Central Evaluation menu along the left side of the Subunits page. Select your subunit, “All” instructors, the Spr 15-16 survey period and your questionnaire(s), then Show. The tasks should say “Executed” if they were successful.
It will say “incomplete” or “completed with errors” and there will be an “i” if there were errors. Click the “i” to find out the exact nature of the error.</div>

<div>Next take a look at the surveys themselves to see if any responses have come in:</div>

<div>Select Display Surveys from the Central Evaluation menu along the left side of the Subunits page. Select your subunit, “All” instructors, the Spr 15-16 survey period and your questionnaire(s), then Show. If there have been any responses to the surveys,
the Status will say “Data Available.” If there haven’t been any responses, it will say “In Progress.” </div>

<div>If there aren’t any responses and you’re still concerned that there was a problem with the emails, I would go back to the Scheduled Tasks and then “Edit” the Reminder task to send out a reminder immediately. That will give any students who missed the
first email another link to use to complete the evaluation.</div>

<div>OIT is looking into the cause of the missing recipients with the help of the vendor, but in the meantime, we’ve re-loaded them back into the system. Our spot-checks have found the participant emails intact, but those of you who still need to generate
surveys and scheduled tasks (or have surveys in progress), please check your courses and let us know if you find any courses missing emails.</div>

<div>I really don’t know. I have spoken to a few departments who have had the same problem, and heard that this was not Arts and Sciences specific. However, I just spoke with Chemistry and they started their evals earlier this week and are running fine. They
were setting up their tutorials and those were empty. So it did affect some of their sections. </div>

<div>You may be okay, but check to see if emails are present. This can be done by clicking “Display Courses” and selecting the semester. Edit a course and then “Administrate participants”. If you have emails, you should be okay. Mine are empty.</div>
