He broke out the courses and matched them by participants (students), then by course number, then by instructor so I could see which students needed to evaluate which professor. That also showed me which courses had multiple professors. I could then have directors let me know which instructor should evaluate the course. He also included student that have withdrawn from the course, which was very helpful.</div><div style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); "><br></div><div style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); ">I will say however, that I tried to manually upload one subunit with reassigned professors and that did not work. Apparently (because I haven't tried this yet) you need to change or add the course within the subunit and add the students (email addresses) in the participants area.</div><div style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); "><br></div><div style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); ">I hope that makes sense. They will tell us which courses should be evaluated - including which instructor in the case of multiple instructor courses, and then I will manually make the changes. So my vote, at least for now, is that as many instructors and courses as possible be loaded and I will manually select courses and instructors based on the data from our directors.<o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p></div><div><p class="MsoNormal">If that makes things difficult for other colleges, however, I am able to modify courses and instructors.
