[Classclimate-users] Summer I 2016-17 Courses Loaded in Class Climate

Good Afternoon Class Climate Users,

The 2016-17 Summer I session courses have loaded into Class Climate.  You may begin generating surveys for course evaluations, if you have not already started.  The Summer II and Full Summer session loading dates are as follows:

Full Summer courses load on July 17
Summer II courses load on July 31

A fix for the duplication of the participant lists was applied to the system last week, so we are not asking you to wait to generate surveys this term.  We do not expect the problem to reoccur, however, if you do find any discrepancies in the course enrollments, please let us know as soon as possible by calling the OIT Service Desk at 740-593-1222 or opening a work order with the web form here<https://www.ohio.edu/oit/help/index.cfm>.
