[Classclimate-users] Missing emails in Class Climate

Class Climate Users,

Support is currently investigating the cause of our participant emails disappearing from the system. In the meantime we are trying to come up with a work around on getting participant emails back into the system without doubling participant counts. Class Climate Users,



It has been reported and confirmed that the student emails are missing from Fall 2016-17 courses, even though the courses list the correct number of students.  We have contacted Scantron for assistance with resolving this issue and will get the emails loaded as soon as possible.  In the meantime, please do not generate any surveys.  We are not sure what will be required to resolve the issue and wish to avoid causing you more work than necessary.
