[Classclimate-users] User Input on Scheduled Class Climate Downtime

Class Climate Users,

OIT is planning to update Class Climate and the Scanstation (paper scanner) to version 6.1 and will need to take the system down for a time.  We are asking for your input on some acceptable dates to make Class Climate unavailable.  Summer classes end on August 15 and Fall semester begins August 24, so we are looking at the week of August 17.  Will this week work for your evaluation schedules?  Should we aim for any particular days of that week when negotiating with Scantron?
