[Classclimate-users] Summer Course Rollover

According to OIT, full-term classes are loaded 4 weeks before the last day
of classes, shorter term classes like Summer 1 and Summer 2 are loaded 2
weeks before the last day of class. That usually occurs at midnight on a
Friday, so technically, you likely wouldn¹t see them until that Monday,
(so 12 instead of 14 days prior).
