[Classclimate-users] Manually entering courses and instructors

Can someone post instructions for how to manually add a course and instructors to Class Climate?  We want to evaluate each facilitator this semester so we need to set up several courses manually then add the students who were assigned to them.

I haven't added courses manually for a while and can't remember how to do it.
