[Classclimate-users] - Report anomaly

I think I have figured out the issue with the mean.  On some questions we have included an option for “Not Applicable” and it seems to count that in the mean tally.  I’m wondering if we can exclude that option in the mean since it’s not asked for every single question.  We don’t recall this being an issue in the past and that evaluation hasn’t been changed in a year.  Suggestions?

I’m glad to see someone else has had a similar issue.  Strange.

I noticed that the results for some evaluations have come out with a Mean above 5 on some of our evaluations which shouldn’t be possible.  Does anyone know why this might happen.  We have a 5 point scale, but some individual evaluations show a mean of almost 6.  Our evaluations have not changed from what they were in the past.  Any suggestions?

There does seem to have been a problem with the SIS extract process, which has prevented some Summer 1 courses (those ending June 28) from loading in Class Climate.  OIT is investigating the issue and will have it resolved as soon as possible.  Thank you for your patience.

Have the SSI classes rolled over in Class Climate?  If so, what is SSI called?  I see several forms of summer listed, but none of them include our classes for summer sessions.
