[Classclimate-users] Common Problem?

Good morning all,

A concerned instructor has contacted us (OIT) with a student's reported problem with course evaluations and now wonders how widespread the issue is, so we're throwing it out there for feedback.  I have not received any other reports of this specific problem and I suspect that it's isolated to a small number of surveys, but if this is a malfunction of the system, we need to know as soon as possible.

A student says that they were not able to complete any of their evaluations because the surveys were closed (message received was "Data collection for the survey has been closed") even though the close date specified in the email notification had not yet passed.  The student said they received this message for all of their course evaluations, though none of the course information was included, so I can't confirm.

Has anyone noticed a zero response rate for an inordinate number of their surveys and could that be due to the surveys closing earlier than intended?

Also, is anyone aware of whether their initial notification email (first tab in the Scheduled Tasks) or the reminder email (second tab in the Scheduled Tasks) contained an incorrect date for the survey close date?

You need only reply if you have received reports from students who have experienced this issue or can answer 'yes' to either of the above questions.  Please feel free to reply to me privately, if you prefer.
