[Classclimate-users] Please verify your evaluations

I believe you need to create a class for each instructor not listed in Class Climate. I have several split classes and that's how I do it. Hope that helps.

Does anyone know how the "Secondary Instructors" option works or point me towards some information? I have 2 sections of a course that were split between 3 instructors and we would like to have all evaluated in each section. I added them in the Secondary Instructors list on the course where it shows up under the first instructor but the course does not show up under the others. Will it actually deploy an eval for each? I'm just not sure how this will work or if I want to just build a copy of it under each of the other instructors.

Thanks,
Jamie Dewey

I'm not sure I understand the "fix". I'm pretty sure that it's possible to manually remove the withdrawn students from the classes before the surveys start (by removing their email from the student list for the class). It is also possible to check the log and know if a student who had withdrawn had completed a survey. However, I'm pretty sure that there is no way to remove the data that a withdrawn student contributed to the surveys once his/her survey is submitted.

Does somebody know different?

The evaluations that you generate for Fall 13-14 will include withdrawals. In order to eliminate those students from your evaluation pool you can manually remove evaluations that were generated for students who do not appear on your class list.

Thanks to those of you who helped us identify the bug by providing us with data to use for troubleshooting. With your assistance we have been able to cleanse the data just a little bit more each semester!
