[Classclimate-users] Fall 2013-14

Class Climate users,
Just a reminder: The data load for full-semester fall courses won't happen until 4 weeks before the course end date of Dec. 14. By my calculations, that means data will load on Nov. 16. This four-week window is what members of the user group agreed on previously. If you remember, it strikes a balance between allowing ample time for you to set up your evals and also allows for the most accurate list of students still in the course after the "drop/add" process.

That is the last day of the semester, which is the end data of most classes in PeopleSoft. So, the 28 day calculation would be based on the Dec. 14 date.

Classes for full term courses are loaded 4 weeks (28 days before the end date of the class. The official last day of the fall term is Dec. 7 so those classes will be loaded early November.
