Class Climate users,
Here are some Webinars coming up from Scantron — these are very useful in helping you tap into the program's capabilities and get more comfortable with it. And notice that there's yet another new version of the software coming out in in November that we'll need to talk about at some point.

Please NOTE:  (Four items of interest)

1.   The attached Webinar Registration links are for August and September Webinars only.


2.   October through December Registration Links have not been included as we are in the process of switching to a new collaborative tool (different than GOTOWEBINAR, which we currently use).  You will be receiving the links for the remainder of 2013 as soon as they are available.


3.   Due to schedule conflicts, Statistical Functionality will not be offered in September. Please plan on attending in August or October – December.



4.   Beginning November, all Webinars will be presented using ClassClimate Version 6.0 – the release date for V6.0 is currently scheduled for late October.

Each topic is presented twice each day to accommodate all time zones.
(Note: Sessions may be added or cancelled based upon demand.)

After Registering, you will receive a Confirmation email and the handout(s) for the webinar(s) you selected.

FAQ's
Who should attend?
· Administrators and SubUnit Administrators with a good working knowledge of Class Climate navigation and basic functionality.

Are there any prerequisites for the webinars.
· Attendance in “Report Creator” is recommended prior to attending “Statistical Functionality”.
Will there be breaks during the sessions.
· The times for “Statistical Functionality” include a short break at the half-way point.
Are there any costs associated with these Webinars?
· No, these webinars are free of charge, providing your Software Maintenance Agreement is current.

Are these recorded Webinars?
· No, these webinars are presented live. You are encouraged to ask questions.

How many people in my organization can attend?
· There is no limit—and you may also repeat a session at any time.
· You may forward the Registration Links to others who may benefit in attending.
