Megan,
Any idea on whether a multiple-instructor solution has been worked out regarding the data load? Otherwise there might be issues again, like we had in spring.

We will be running a data load in Class Climate on Monday morning.  An up-to-date listing of summer session 1 classes and enrollments will be available in the system on Monday, June 3, 2013.

Barbara,
Glad found a solution, but be aware that sometimes just changing Web browsers (from MS Explorer to Firefox) can clear up problems like this too.

I figured this out, I was using our current eval form and it is still ‘in progress’ on some classes that I haven’t closed.

I am trying to generate the surveys for a class that ends this week.
First, I had to add the course because it did not come up in my search, now the online ‘buttons’ are not useable- the only ‘buttons’ that I can select are the paper form buttons.
Can anyone help?  I have been scouring the manuals but cannot generate the online survey option.
