[Classclimate-users] Survey Emails

When this happened to me, I would check their email that Class Climate had listed and sent it to and found that it looked like a faculty email address.  I had to send them their information by regular email.

Yes. A few were forwarding their OU email to another email account. Most were able to find the email when they went to their OU email account. It just had not forwarded. Others, however, did not use a different email account and state that they did not receive it, have looked and cannot find it.  My understanding was that I was not able to 're-generate' that email.

I get a sampling of students who say they never received the email telling them to do the survey or give them the login info. I'm getting a message saying there is a mail problem but I cant' figure out what it's telling me. Does anyone else have this problem?
