[Classclimate-users] Class Climate status

Barbara,

Go to the questionnaire section and choose your survey and go into the area where you can edit it. Then at the very top of the form, you'll see all the information in the header. Double click to either change or add a field and in the dialog box, choose "[COURSE]" - for some reason when it prints to header it says "[SURVEY]".

You can test it when before you send it out officially, but that should add the name of the course (as opposed to the course ID which is probably confusing to the participants).

Yes, the classes are imported multiple times during the semester.  Could you update me with just a couple of classes that are not showing up with over 4 students to help with debugging.  Thanks

I have quite a few classes that are not listed, many that are over the 4 student class size.
I can put them in manually, that just means that I also have to input the emails for the classes.
Is there a chance that the classes can be updated or re-inputed?  Some of the classes have a GA and a faculty listed so only the faculty member is attached to the class.
Can this be addressed?

One other item that I want to ask about is- it doesn’t seem like the class information is showing up on the top of the online form, how can I make this happen?

The Spring 12-13 data load into the Class Climate system has been completed, and you may begin using the system to create evaluations.  If you have any questions/problems please let us know.

I have started working on this semesters evaluations but only five of ‘my’ instructors are listed when I ask for Spr 12-13-
If I look at the overview list, the only instructors who have been updated for 2013 have zero classes.

Other info that I am looking for is how to have course information actually merge onto the evaluation page, last semester the course information was on the information email that students received but not on the evaluation- so students might forget who the evaluation is for….
