[Classclimate-users] Class Climate status

Can we make changes to the online course evaluation itself now... or do we need to wait to do that, too?

The modification to the program that OIT made as a result of working with the vendor has been moved to the QAT environment - which is the last step before moving it to production.  Once the program change has been approved and moved to production, OIT can run the extract process to retrieve this semester's evaluation information from PeopleSoft, and we can load it into Class Climate.  As soon as the load into Class Climate has been completed, we will be sure to send notice to the listserv that you may begin creating the evals.  Our apologies that it has taken awhile to complete this change; we will have the data available to you just as soon as possible.

Subject: [Classclimate-users] Not many instructors listed

I have started working on this semesters evaluations but only five of 'my' instructors are listed when I ask for Spr 12-13-
If I look at the overview list, the only instructors who have been updated for 2013 have zero classes.

Other info that I am looking for is how to have course information actually merge onto the evaluation page, last semester the course information was on the information email that students received but not on the evaluation- so students might forget who the evaluation is for....
