[Classclimate-users] Change Open Response Question?

I am in Test.
Made a copy of the CAS questionnaire.
Edit only offers the option of Edit Question Group and adding a question.

How do I Edit Question?
Or is this something I just cannot do in test, but will be able to do when live?
