Good morning,

The purpose of this message is to inform you that we have decided to provide a copy of the most current activities schedule on the board site. This document can be located by clicking on the agendas & minutes tab . You will notice there is another link titled "Activities Schedule". By clicking on this link you will open a stand-alone document that will be the most current schedule. Often there are changes in the schedule after the full agenda has been posted online and this will make it easier for you to have a current schedule. You will receive a message anytime the schedule is updated to help ensure you don't miss any changes.
