Attached is a game sheet example. I changed it slightly from original version.</div>
<div> </div><div>We need to make sure we are using the buzzer for the end of warm ups, periods, intermission, and game. We also need to ensure that the games are starting on time. If you are in the scoreboard position, please sound the buzzer once the Olympia has exited the ice surface, even though pucks are not to be given out until the doors are closed. This will notify players to enter the arena. Once the doors are closed, the 2 minute warm up will commence.</div>
<div> </div><div><div>Games must start promptly at the following times:</div><div>Sunday: 745, 845, and 945.</div><div>Monday: 1015, 1115</div><div>Tuesday: 915, 1015</div><div>Wednesday: 1015, 1115</div><div>Thursday: 1015, 1115</div>

<div> </div><div>There's a sheet of updated non-paid players, their team, and their jersey number inside the pro-shop. I have e-mailed them specifically requesting they call or text me (419.349.0737) when they come in to pay so I may come over and grab their jersey for them. They will be kicked out by the end of the week if they have not paid yet.</div>

To: <br><br><br><div dir="ltr"><div>Everyone needs to sign-in on the game sheet inside the pro-shop upon entering Bird Arena the night of the game. You are not allowed to play on the ice until you have signed in.</div><div>
</div><div>Goalies; you must sign inside your designated box with number and name. Goalies who do not do so will not be able to receive games accrued based refunds for games that they attended but did not sign in (how can I keep track if you don't sign-in!). If you want a bigger refund, I suggest you sign in every game as you are supposed to.</div>
<div> </div><div>Captains; you must grade the officials following each game. This is your job. And an expectation that was set in our end of year survey last season on how to improve our officiating crew. Please follow through on this task. (Referees make sure your name is on the game sheet). Referees got at least six new whistles this week.</div>
<div> </div><div>If you haven't gotten your jersey already, text me when you are coming over to pay and I will personally come over and hand you your jersey. People who have not paid (and therefore do not have a jersey) will be kicked out of the league at the end of this week. Teams that continue to use non-paid (non-BAHL jersey) will continue to be fined five dollar per violation.</div>
