 Greetings all,
We are beginning a review of the various positions here at Bird Arena.
Attached is a form that will ask you a few questions about your job
title(s) and tasks associated with those titles. Please take a few minutes
to answer the questions. The data collected will help as we continue to
plan for the future of Campus Recreation and Bird Arena operations.

Should you have questions, comments or if you would like to discuss your
job title and tasks further, please feel free to contact me directly. We
will get something schedule to have the time to address it properly.

DUE DATE: I would like this to be accomplished by Friday, February 6th,
2015. I realize this is only a week, however this form should not take long
to fill out.
